Kartacar Kolovec, spol. s r. o. continually modernizes and optimizes its manufacturing of industrial brushes. In the years 2001 - 2010 CNC machines were purchased for production of all kinds of brushes in our offer. In the years 2012 - 2015, technologies for the machining of semi-finished brushes were purchased in order to provide semi-finished products of the highest quality.

Five-axis machining center with two-axis milling head and raster table

This center was acquired for the production of semi-finished products, so that we can provide semi-finished products for hammered brush bodies of the highest quality.
For brush laths we are able to provide production of 3200mm long and 2100mm wide.
For disc brushes, we ensure accurate drilling of center holes and holes for holding discs.

CNC automatic turning machine

Thanks to this CNC machine, we have been providing our own production of end fittings with threads for draft brushes since 2019, but also the production of adapters for brushes for gun cleaning.
CNC rotary automatic machine is able to turn diameters 20 or 26mm, maximum drilled diameter is 10mm.
On this CNC machine we are able to produce threads up to M10.
